I like the exclamation mark after "new!" As though anyone is really excited to be able to expedite their fee paying process. Why not just, New--now pay online. Or I suppose if they really ARE going for the excitement factor, why not "New--Pay online!" WHich actually makes it sound sort of fun, paying that ticket.
