I learned a couple important lessons today. First, never try to charge your blackberry with a different phone's charger no matter how desperate you get. Totally fried. Second, always be nice to customer service people. If you are extra nice (or cute) they may give you a brand new phone for free even though you didn't even buy your phone from the Verizon store in the first place. You actually got it on Craigslist from some mexicans living south of campus. Yeayah.
