"did you think those cookies tasted interesting?"
"maybe in a little while i will rub your back"
"youre like my best friend on this plane, huh"

Haha man what a good week. Just finished reading emails and comments and all that jazz. I laugh so hard. My friends and family are so good to me. Love you allsies.
Some quotes from my favorite investigator, 8 year old Rivers (who is getting baptized on Sunday wooh):
"You look like a teenager..." (After seeing me in shorts and a tshirt)
"I'm not gonna get married til I finish that giant burrito. There's no way I'm sharing with my wife."
"Getting baptized was a bad idea... Theyre testing me."
"I lied once... to save my own life!"
So good.
This week I did some interesting things. I made a stuffed animal. I pulled a little girls loose tooth out. I had a great interview with my mission president who I love with all my little heart. We had some miracles in finding and teaching. We ate waayyyy good food, like always. I fell right asleep during our weekly planning sesh. Just good stuff, serving a mission.
I want everyone to go on a mission. Its the best thing. And if I can do it anyone can do it.
I have changed a lot, for the better. I'm really in tune with the Spirit. Probably my favorite thing. But at the same time it means being really sensitive so things that would normally not bother me. Like language, music, the news, just bad stuff goin on in the world. I cant even hear about it or I feel sick.
Yeah. But life is great as usual. Hard and good. How it should be right?
Love you all. Send me letters. I write good ones back ;)

This is Stephanie Pleitez and her son Andrew. Steph was the first in her family to join the church, about 3 years ago. Now her mom and 2 sisters are also baptized. She's a 21 year old single mom and an incredible example to me. Someone who wont let a day pass without reading her scriptures because she knows thats what keeps us strong. I love her so much!

HI.
I went to the temple on Saturday and it was lovely. It was all in Spanish and I am so proud of myself that I can understand it all. NUTS! Who am I??
I'm blonder than ever. It's fun. Roots are a new thing I'm learning to deal with.
I ate a lot of pistachio pudding this week.
Pupusas used to be my favorite hispanic food until I spent last week throwing them up. I sure hope I haven't developed a taste aversion.
We celebrated Christmas in July this week. A BLAST. I wish we could have Christmas in the summer every year. I am gonna like Christmas from now on. Determined.
We got dropped by 2 investigators with baptismal dates for the next 2 weeks. It hurts. But I know its all gonna work out cause this is the Lords work. I just gotta make sure I'm doing everything in my power so that I can be assured that I'm not jeopardizing anyones salvation. After that, its up to the Lord. I love being a missionary.
My address is still the same in case anyone feels the Spirit telling them to write me a letter.. ha.
