I just got over a bad case of unidentified stomach bug. It felt and looked a lot like this. But I'm feeling much better now!

I come from a family well versed in the ways of sibling rivalry. Tonight as Emma and I were driving home from work she handed me a glass and plate that had been left in the car (on the passenger side). "Don't forget to take in your dishes." she said. I laughed, "My dishes? Those are your dishes from last week." "You're kidding me right? You brought those in the car today." "No I didn't. You did last week. I even remember what you were eating, toast and a glass of milk!" And so it went until we got the mail and were walking up the 2 flights of stairs to the apartment. She stood outside the door waiting for me to unlock it. "I wont unlock the door until you admit that I'm right and you're wrong." "You're insane. You know I'm right." "I'm serious." "If you don't open this door right now I will throw all the mail (a few day's worth of magazines, letters, and newspaper) to the first floor. 5. 4. 3. 2... 1." And she drops it. Mail explodes everywhere. "I'm still not unlocking the door." And I went down the stairs, picked up all the mail, got in my car and drove away. 1o minutes later I come back... she is still sitting outside the door to our apartment. Hahah... 4 years go by so fast and nothing changes. Family feud til the end my friends.

On Saturday my grandma Ann Smith Nebeker turned 84 years old. She is such an amazing lady! Here is a picture of her before she was married. She must be about 19. My grandma is one of my favorite people in the world. I am constantly asking her to tell me stories about her life and show me pictures of when she was younger. I owe so so much to this incredible woman! Love you Grandma, Happy Birthday!

This is my beautiful baby sister Catherine and her friends before Prom 2010! I really hated prom when I was in highschool but these pictures make me wish I had some big event to get all dressed up for and take pictures. They also make me miss springtime on the East coast!! Siiighh....

When attending a wedding reception, it's important not to look better than the bride. So I'm not going to shower or shave my legs.

I found these pictures in a shoebox in my room. I forgot they even existed! I think they're from one of my first Diana rolls that I was originally embarrassed of. Now I kinda like them.

Birthdays have never been my favorite.. but this year is gonna be different! I want to thank Jonah, Rory, and espeeeecially Jared for starting it off right with to-die-for Indian food at Bombay House and a midnight showing of Robin Hood. Thx boys you are the best.

Coma Cinema - "Stoned Alone"

Every day I notice myself becoming more like my mother and I could not be more pleased. My mom is one of the most amazing women I know. I am so blessed to have been raised by someone so devoted to God, to her husband, and to her children. I will have some really big shoes to fill when it's my time to be a mother. But I can rest assured knowing that I have a fabulous example to follow. She has taught me and will continue to teach me the most important things to know in life. I love you mom! Happy Mother's Day :)
