(Due to some confusion I feel I should clarify that I'm not saying I don't want to get married. I'm saying that I literally do not want a diamond on my wedding ring. I just want something different that's all..)

So apparently it's Doppelganger week on Facebook. You know, change your profile picture to a photo of your celebrity look-alike. I haven't been compared to many celebrities but just the other night I was told I look like Janeane Marie Ceccanti from this season of Project Runway. She's cute I guess. I'm not mad. My other most common celebrity comparison is Blake Lively. I have been getting that for years but not too often since I cut all my hair off a few months ago. People also tell me that we talk exactly the same--voice twins. I have to say that I agree with the voice thing but I'm not sure about looks. A) she's blonde. B) She's way hotter than me.

From time to time I get this gut-wrenching feeling in my stomach telling me "stop, danger." Sometimes I listen and sometimes I don't. One of my goals for twenty-ten is to always listen to that feeling. I think the results will be life-changing.

I successfully talked my way out of a ticket last night and it felt GREAT!! I wasn't updating my facebook status though... my registration is just about 7 months expired.. whoopsie.

You may remember my rant about girls on campus wearing rubber rain boots. Well it's time to complain again about a new trend that has taken over the women of BYU. As my friend Maggie likes to call them, "Bump-It Beanies" are the perfect hair accessory for girls who want to keep their ears warm but still gotta make room for their big Utah hair. They are also hideous, and they are everywhere! So ladies, can we please cool it with the big crocheted flower headbands?

The sick times are over. Back to real life. Back to due-dates and deadlines and be-on-time times. I feel like Eminem sings a song about this. Snap back to reality. Ope, there goes gravity. Something like that. Anyway, wish me luck in the real world.

Wow, nothing cheers me up quite like this. For a real pick-me-up I highly suggest befriending an adorable Croatian man that lives to flatter you. I promise you won't be disappointed.

I am in a real predicament. You see, after several nights of staying up due to coughing attacks I have officially 100% inverted my sleeping schedule. Today I went to bed at 8AM and woke up at 6 PM. I slept through all my classes. I did however wake up for a phone call from my boss who upon hearing my cracked out voice told me not to come to work. I haven't been to school or work all week. I really need to get on top of this if I'm gonna make a comeback from my worst semester ever Fall 2009.

I think I like I think I like I think I like it like it ohhh. I've been sick in bed for LIKE EVER. So today I got really antsy, started to have my own little dance party in my room, got really light headed and practically passed out on the floor. I need to get better STAT.

Today was Claire's 22nd birthday! This is the 5 layer cake I made for her party. It was supposed to be 6 but one of the layers broke in half. Whoopsies. It was strawberry, rainbow chip, and chocolate with chocolate and rainbow chip frosting. Top it off with Neapolitan icecream and you've got the best birthday cake ever! Becca also made "22" chocolate chip cookies. She makes the best cookies on the planet.

As you can tell, I'm up pretty late tonight. It's becoming somewhat of a habit since I've been so sick and coughing all night keeps me from sleeping. Ughh, it makes me wanna quit life.
